Reid. 4 attendees in total  Apologies from Eric Taton-Kelly.
2. Minutes from previous Annual General Meeting held on 13/11/24. Approved by Andrew Brooke & Anthony Blakesly
3. Matters arising. None
4. Reports from :-
    a. Chair. Quiet year, we did work hard at the local elections. Just 3 of us plus Joseph.
    b. Treasurer In £4.14 Out £10 Total £647.33.
    c. Members Report 47 members (2 down) & 32 supporters (up 1).
5. Motions to AGM
6. Election of Honorary President.
7. (Nomination/Election) of officers, Executive committee members. Anthony Blakesly,
put himself forward. Nominated & seconded. Same for Andrew Brooke. Proposed
and seconded. I want to stay on as data officer, secretary and members officer.
Joseph wants to remain as diversity officer. Joseph will take the minutes as dep
secretary while I’m (probably) away for 2 months at the end of next year. Andrew
would like to be joint data officer. I said I would contact Jon Snelling.
8. To note accounts for 2024. Approved by Eric Taton-Kelly. Thanks to Andrew from
Anthony.
9. Appointment of independent examiner for the 2025 local party accounts ETK again.
10. AOB AGM can be in October, passed unanimously. Next meeting 3 rd Dec online. I
suggested pictures for the members email.
11. Date of next AGM 14 10 2026. I need to flesh out the minutes for Andrews
members email. AGM finished at 19:48
